We've always printed these out on inexpensive white card stock and placed them into reusable plastic name tag holders, or we've printed them out onto full-page sticker paper (www.onlinelabels.com or your nearest office supply store).
We've used these at the first couple of club meetings, and also at the end-of-year banquet since not all of the dads and brothers typically know everyone.
