We love The Old Schoolhouse! Thanks for posting this! I loved your creative graphics that when along with all the info! Blessings to you and your family in the upcoming school year~*~*
I love the many plates theme you used. Great job!
Thank you, Lisa, Cheryl, and Heather, for your kind words!
These plates belonged to my grandmother - Desert Rose by Franciscan. When she passed away, the collection was given to my mom.
For our Keepers at Home girls' club one year at our "end of year" dessert banquet, I made place cards using scanned photos of one of the plates...and that's how I found the plates graphic to use for this ad that I designed.
It was a lot of fun, although it took me a while. I do think that the planner is a great resource, and I'm looking forward to using it more this coming school year!

Love this ad. I also like the plate theme. Very original.
I have been wanting to do Keepers with both of my children. Might have to ask you some questions sometime.
Lori, feel free to ask away about Keepers At Home. A friend and I led the club for three years, and it was great! Now, I do "Training Our Daughters to be Keepers at Home" with my two girls. Fun!

Your ad was my favorite, so I was thrilled to see that you tied for first place in the contest. CONGRATULATIONS!
Kimberly, how wonderful that your grandmother had these same plates! They were very popular "back in the day." I have always just loved them!
Cara, thank you for your kind words. I enjoyed looking at everyone's ads and seeing their amazing creativity. Fun!
